I know. It’s a crazy question.
Let me tell you why I’m blogging about it.
I recently met someone who works for a very prominent doctor in Palm Beach who focuses on treating back pain.
I was doing some SEO keyword research for the office and found that a ridiculous amount of people are searching to see if Sofie Dossi has a spine.
“Who is this person and why would people ask this?!” Of course, she has a spine!”
Then, I did some more digging to see why people would ask this question.
Does Sofie Dossi Have a Spine?
Sofie Dossi has quite the YouTube channel and right there it says she is a contortionist.
She even has a video on her channel explaining this question of whether or not she has a spine.
Yes, she has a spine. If she didn’t, it’d be very hard for her to stand up straight.
She is just very, very flexible… so flexible, that watching this video made my back hurt.
Ouch! Maybe I need to stretch my spine.
How to Stretch Your Spine Like Sofie Dossi
Because this is easier to show you than write, I’m going to share some videos below that may help, but in a nutshell, you can start by sitting with your hips back while pulling your arms forward until you feel the stretch in your lower back. Think Childs Pose in Yoga.
When I do this, I like to move my arms from side to get my sides stretched out too.
