There’s so much to see at Disney World and so little time. You want to get the most bang for your buck, enjoy time with family, and not worry about the park being extremely packed or the lines being too long. So, the question is when are the least crowded days at Disney World?

Jan. 9-13 & Jan. 18-26

Once school starts back up again and the holiday celebrations have passed, the parks aren’t as busy as usual. Kids have a lot of work to catch up on… and so do adults. Although it might be hard to visit Disney during this time, you might get lucky and get a slower day at the parks!

Feb. 1-11 & Feb. 27-March 2

Valentine’s Day is a very big holiday for a lot of people. As a result, Disney World gets pretty crowded during that week. Other weeks in the month have lower crowds because of the lower temperatures. As the chilly weather isn’t exactly common in Florida, it’s a treat to not be in the heat.

The Second Half of August

After a long summer break, it’s time for students to head back to school. They are busy getting adjusted to new courses and you’re busy helping them. Although it can be a hectic time at home, it is a great time to visit Disney World with fewer crowds. This is a great time to see the water parks and pools to refresh your entire family!

After Labor Day to Early October

During Labor Day weekend, many families in Florida are packing up and making a trip to Disney World. After the holiday, however, it does get slower and there are fewer crowds. Although, if you’re planning on visiting Epcot, keep in mind the Food and Wine Festival usually starts up in the third week of September, which brings in massive crowds.

The Week Before Thanksgiving Week

People usually plan to visit Disney World during the week of Thanksgiving for all the holiday activities and decorations. However, the week before is usually calm. It might be best to visit during this time and leave Thanksgiving week for spending time at home with family.

The First Half of December

People usually wait until winter break to go on family vacations. This makes the first two weeks of December a great time to go. The weather is cool, and all of the holiday decorations and activities have started! Your family will love it, and it should be much less crowded.

But let’s be real, it’s Disney World – so anytime is a good time to go. If you want to know the slowest times at Disney World, this post will be helpful!
