Pork Chop Recipe Ingredients:

  • 4 thick-cut pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
  • 1/2 cup butter (divided)
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 2 cups of milk

Pork Chop Recipe:

STEP 1:

Clean the meat by running it under water and pat to dry.

STEP 2:

Start seasoning the pork chop on all sides using steak seasoning.

STEP 3:

Melt half of the butter in a skillet and cook the pork chops until they turn brown and light pink in the center. (It will take about seven to ten minutes per side).

STEP 4:

Add the remaining butter to the pan.

STEP 5:

Transfer the pork chops to a plate and return the skillet to medium-high heat.

STEP 6:

Mix the flour and pepper in the skillet, along with the remaining butter for one minute.

STEP 7:

Add milk to the mixture.

STEP 8:

Stir and cook until mixture is thick and bubbly (It will take about four to six minutes).

STEP 9:

Pour the sauce over pork chops.

STEP 10:
