✅ 11 hours of abdominal work⁠⠀
✅ equal to 3 1/2 days of around the clock #PureBarre⁠⠀

🚫 ...and I actually hate working out, but it's the only way to get an hour out of the house, away from my kids, and to myself for 50 minutes. Seriously.⁠⠀

🚔 Police officers are ambushed and killed, just because of their career choice. ⁠⠀

🎥 My friends and colleagues, hard-working members of the media, deal with an amount of harassment you wouldn't even believe just because of their profession.⁠⠀

🦠 There is a complete disregard for a virus leaving a lot of Americans dead, in the hospital, or unsure how they’re going to pay their bills.⁠⠀

☝🏻 The first word in our country’s name is UNITED. Not divided.⁠⠀
